Vicki Teem - Criminal Defense, Traffic Law, and EBCI Tribal Law

Vicki L. Teem

Vicki is a native of Graham County and a graduate of Western Carolina University. After serving as a magistrate and Clerk of Superior Court she attended Appalachian School of Law. While at Appalachian School of Law she interned in the Buncombe County District Attorney’s office. She received awards for writing, criminal process, mediation and was a member of ASL Law Review. Vicki is a former prosecutor with 10 years of experience in the courtroom. She tried cases in all 7 western North Carolina counties and prosecuted at both District Court and Superior Court levels. While in the District Attorney’s Office much of her additional was training focused on traffic matters and Driving While Impaired prosecution. Vicki lives in Robbinsville with her husband Michael Teem.
